Who are we?

Finance101.com.au are a national finance brokerage business located in Hamilton, Brisbane. We are an energetic young team with big ambitions. We set up shop in November 2020 and have seen continued growth since then. Our directors have over 20 years of combined experience in the finance industry and know what it takes to achieve success.

Finance101.com.au aren't your regular 9-5 call centre environment where you're chained to a desk all day bashing numbers into a phone trying to reach customers who don't want to speak to you. We have fun. We collaborate, and not just with the bosses but between all of our staff. We aren't only trying to find our clients a solution for their loans, but want to educate them on finance to get them in a better financial position on the way through.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a varied and fast paced role where every application and opportunity you are provided offers a new challenge.

You will be supplied with a consistent stream of warm leads and will be working to convert these into applications and settlements. You will also be working with our increasing network of referral partners to assist them in finding the correct solutions for their clients requiring finance.

This role would be perfect for someone already working within the finance space looking to take the next step in their career, or a motivated sales professional looking to move into the finance space and wanting the support required to establish a strong career in the industry.

What we're looking for?

Sales experience, either direct to public or B2B, is strongly preferred

Strong relationship and rapport building skills

Someone looking for a full time in-office role to foster culture and collaboration

Excellent time management skills

Excellent work ethic

Positive attitude

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

Team players

Attention to detail

Experience working towards targets and KPI's
