Graduate Program

The Chevron Equipment Finance Graduate Program is designed for ambitious, driven individuals seeking a rewarding professional career in the Equipment Finance industry.

Over the course of 24 months, graduates will receive comprehensive, hands-on training across all aspects of Equipment Finance. This includes credit assessment, financial analysis, and consultative sales. The goal of the program is to equip you with the practical skills, technical knowledge, and commercial confidence to become an Equipment Finance Broker by the end of the program.

Program Outline & Benefits

Structured 24-Month Program: Initial 12 months of foundational training in both credit and sales, followed by increased responsibility and client engagement in months 12–24.

Industry Qualification: Complete your Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking on the job within your first 6 months.
