Part-time and Full-time positions available, with early career and senior therapist roles to be filled. Apply for Immediate or 2026 commencement.

The chosen applicant/s would be joining our current team of friendly, dynamic, and inclusive Speech Pathologists.

Thrive Children’s Therapy provides family-centred therapy services to children 2-18 years and their families.

Your position involves opportunities to provide assessment, treatment, and support for:

Neurodivergent Individuals

Articulation, phonological processing and motor speech disorders

Developmental Language Disorder

Literacy and learning differences

Position description includes

Completing Communication and Literacy Assessments for the paediatric population.

Program planning and intervention for children/adolescents aged 2 - 18.

Conducting 1:1 and paired therapy sessions.

Conducting therapy via Telehealth as required.

Completing NDIS assessments, goal setting and planning interventions as required.

Playing an integral part in the individual's wider allied health team.

Working closely with Allied Health Assistants and Speech Pathology Students.

Providing parent training as indicated.

Essential Selection Criteria

Enthusiastic about a career with the paediatric population.

Passionate about advocating for neurodiversity affirming practices.

Willingness to learn about funding structures (Medicare and NDIS).

Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to learn about disability, learning differences, language disorders, Autism services, and child development.

Recognised degree in Speech Pathology

Current Police Check and Working with Children's Check.

Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
