This is an exciting opportunity to join a fully established Speech Pathology department with a full caseload waiting for you. They’re seeking a motivated Graduate or Early Career Speech Pathologist who’s ready to make an impact – without burnout.

- $75,000 – $90,000 + Super (based on experience)
- Comprehensive induction program for your first 100 days, including ongoing weekly supervision

About the Role
Working with a diverse caseload (teenagers through to young children), you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy from their clinic in Cairnlea. Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting assessments and consultations with families and caregivers
- Developing and implementing strength-based therapy plans
- Collaborating with parents and other healthcare professionals
- Creating engaging resources for both sessions and home programs
- Managing a full caseload with the support of a strong, collaborative team

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
