- Base salary range: $ 83,212– $ 92,231p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and technical support to UWA’s schools, supporting Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. The Schools Operations team, as part of this area, is dedicated to providing high-quality services that drive the Schools' and University’s strategic objectives through continuous improvement and best practices.
About the opportunity
- Undertake a range of administrative responsibilities to support the day-to-day operations of UWA’s schools.
- Provide general administrative support for the school(s), across all functions associated with school operations – such as Executive Officer duties for Committees, Prizes and events, HDR student on-boarding support and others.
- Work across teams, contributing to effective program support and responding flexibly to changing demands.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent competency.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative capacity, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in a range of Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and other services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Initiative and sound judgment in responding to complex enquiries and providing policy guidance.
