We’re a growing real estate start-up based in Subiaco, looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager / Administrator to keep our team of 8 running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is excited about contributing to a business in growth mode.

This role is for an immediate start!
What you’ll do
Manage HR administration, including onboarding, contracts, and staff support
Prepare and coordinate sales meetings, ensuring smooth execution
Oversee general office operations and upkeep
Handle expense management and budgeting with accuracy
Support marketing initiatives and coordinate campaigns
Manage and oversee offshore administrators
Tackle a range of ad-hoc tasks to support the team and leadership
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to juggle competing priorities and work independently
Confident communicator and team player
Comfortable with technology, systems, and learning new tools
A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
