Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Super + Comms + Perks

OUI Recruitment is searching for a Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding IT services business based in Perth CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating fresh leads and prospects
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve targets and drive company growth
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that address specific client needs
Present and demonstrate services and solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Negotiate contracts and close deals that deliver measurable results
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Role Requirements:
Proven sales experience in any industry (IT experience advantageous but not essential)
Natural ability to build rapport and develop strong client relationships
Exceptional communication skills across all levels of business
Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Strategic thinking ability with strong problem-solving skills
Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events
Professional presentation and strong negotiation skills
