The Opportunity

As they enter a new phase of growth, they’re looking for a seasoned Site Manager to take the lead on upcoming commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s managed diverse new builds and fitouts, and wants to work with a builder that values safety, pride in their work and people.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of site operations across new build and fit out projects. You will be supported by a capable project team including a Project Manager, CA, and Safety Officer but trusted to run your site with the independence and leadership you have earned.

Whether you prefer a hands-on approach or a more strategic oversight, this role offers the flexibility to work in a way that suits your style, while contributing to high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades to maintain quality and timelines
• Ensuring safety compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture
• Managing construction programs and reporting progress
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

The Like Mind

Ideally you will bring the following:

• Trade background (Carpentry or similar highly desirable)
• Proven experience in commercial construction and fitout projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• A solid work history demonstrating commitment and reliability
• Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and construction programming
