Your new role

As the Mobilisation Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by coordinating the mobilisation of personnel, equipment, and resources to various sites. You'll liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth transitions and timely deployment. Key responsibilities include managing mobilisation schedules, maintaining compliance documentation, and facilitating onboarding processes for site staff.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a mobilisation, logistics, or project coordination role within construction or mining
  
• Strong organisational and communication skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and mobilisation software systems
  
• Knowledge of compliance and safety requirements for site mobilisation in WA
