Join Our Team as an Environmental Health Officer!

Campaspe Shire Council is seeking a motivated and community-focused Environmental Health Officer to join our Environmental Health Team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and delivery of programs that promote a clean, safe, and healthy environment. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring compliance with legal and Council requirements, helping to protect public health and enhance the wellbeing of our community.

To be successful for this role you will require:

• Degree in Environmental Health.
• Eligibility for membership to the Environmental Health Professionals Australia.
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of environmental health services, including inspections and investigations.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Victorian Working with Children Check.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
