You'll be responsible for developing data models, dashboards, reports, and prototypes, while playing a key role in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and turning raw data into clear, visual stories.

Role

Deliver end-to-end BI solutions - from data sourcing and modelling through to dashboard development and deployment.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Support ongoing projects, including ETL processes, data dashboards, and integration troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain data pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, SQL Server Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), and Power BI.

Troubleshoot integration errors and provide technical support to developers and the broader IT team.

Work across cloud and on-prem environments, including Microsoft Azure.

Support best practices in data governance, analytics strategy, and solution design.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, Power Apps, and Microsoft Reporting Services.

Proficient in SQL Server, ETL, and large-scale data migration and cleansing.

Strong skills in data modelling, DAX, and performance optimisation of Power BI reports.

A solid understanding of data warehousing, BI, and analytics best practices.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Proven ability to engage business stakeholders, understand their challenges, and provide strategic data solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
