Ecoblue, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mammoth, is the largest manufacturer of AdBlue® in Australia. With production facilities across Australia and New Zealand, we are industry leaders in the manufacture and supply of high-quality certified AdBlue.

Due to our operational growth, we are currently seeking applications from qualified graduates for a Quality Officer position. This role has been newly created to support our operations and ensure compliance with the highest VDA ISO 22241 standards.

The role:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with internal quality standards and ISO 22241 requirements.
• Inspect products and production processes to ensure compliance with quality expectations.
• Support and maintain quality control systems, documentation, and reporting.
• Conduct root cause investigations, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Generate and analyse quality reports to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct and monitor quality training for staff, building awareness and compliance capability.
• Liaise directly with the National Production and Quality Manager on product and process issues.
• Analyse customer complaints, queries, and product samples, providing solutions and improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality functions.

The candidate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and ISO standards (ISO 22241 highly regarded).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally chemical or process-related.
• Commitment to WHS practices, with the ability to work around noise, heat, and chemicals safely.
