The Role

Inspire, cultivate and make our clients’ beautiful jewellery projects a reality. This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in all stages of the creation process. There is the intention for this role to move into the leadership team. Some daily activities include:

Maintaining and nurturing long-term client relationships

Working towards Sales and KPI objectives

Liaising with gems and the workshop to efficiently manage custom-made and remodel projects

Reviewing CADS and hand sketches for bespoke pieces

Facilitating repairs and providing after-sales service

Assisting clients with inquiries, both in-store and online and scheduling appointments

Maintaining a luxurious work environment

Support social media and marketing efforts when required

Diamond jewellery training is provided – We have the highest standards when it comes to diamond quality and, most importantly, cut.

About You

The successful candidate will have a passion for jewellery and the most beautiful diamonds and gemstones. They will have the desire to provide outstanding customer service, be driven to meet and exceed realistic sales targets, have great time management skills and be available to work weekends. Experience in jewellery or luxury retail is highly regarded; however, it is not essential as full training is provided. The most desired trait will be their drive to continually learn and collaborate with a long-standing team.

Full Time 5 days per week , including rotational weekends

$70,000- $85,000 per year OTE uncapped
