About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Call Centre Operator to join our Customer Service Centre. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries across multiple communication channels, helping customers with SenderID and supporting broader operations.

What you will do

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, web forms, fax, and mail

Assess and triage enquiries to determine the right course of action

Resolve issues directly or escalate to internal teams where required

Provide accurate advice and maintain professional customer interactions

Deliver administrative support and keep clear, compliant records

What you will bring

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to assess enquiries and apply sound judgement

Attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping

Experience in a call centre or service delivery environment is desirable

A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
