$35.15 + Penalties
Shifts: 8.00am – 4.30pm OR 10.00am – 6.30pm

What You Will Be Doing
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Assisting customers with billing, account queries, and general information.
Accurately updating customer information within the management system.
Preparing professional written correspondence, including letters and emails.
Conducting basic mathematical calculations to support customer enquiries.
Working with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate resolution of issues.
What You Will Need
Previous experience in customer service (call centre experience desirable).
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and punctuation.
Confidence with numbers, including basic maths and interpreting numerical information.
High-level computer skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work across rotating shifts between 8.00am – 6.30pm.
