They are seeking a Senior Architect who has proven experience in delivering large scale projects.

Key responsibilities

Lead projects and teams through design development, tender, and construction phases

Create documentation packages on Revit

Program the scope of services and provide regular advice on project performance

Attend site meetings to review and assess the built progress against the design intent and quality outcomes

Skills and experience

Masters in architecture

8 + years post graduate experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Portfolio of work including delivery of large scale multi-residential projects

Able to manage multiple stakeholders on large and complex projects

Revit proficiency

Knowledge of Australian standards, BCA and ADG
