The Role

We are looking for an organised and hands-on Operations Support professional to keep our tours running smoothly behind the scenes and on the road. The role blends coordination, logistics and guest interaction. You will work from Sydney with a flexible schedule that combines office work, working from home and occasional touring.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

Gain a thorough knowledge of itineraries and products to help hosts with pre-tour checks and on-the-day troubleshooting, ensuring bookings match guest expectations

Maintain depot and fleet organisation, supplies, stock and operational readiness

Manage fleet logistics: schedule and track maintenance, ensure vehicles are always clean, safe and tour-ready

Guest & Experience Support

Deliver tours 1–2 times per week on average, depending on demand and season

Liaise with suppliers and partners to confirm arrangements, handle last-minute changes and build strong relationships

About You

Organised and solutions-focused, with strong communication and time-management skills and a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences

Flexible and collaborative, equally at ease coordinating behind the scenes or engaging guests, and calm when plans change

Background in tourism, operations or guiding within a premium or guest-focused environment

Familiar with Sydney and surrounding regions

Sound understanding of customer service standards and basic safety and compliance practices
