Job Title: SAP Security Consultant – 12 Month Contract
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid flexibility available)
Contract Length: 12 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA Upgrade Project in Melbourne. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for designing and implementing the full security framework for an SAP S/4HANA environment, migrating from ECC6.

You will work closely with project stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure robust, compliant, and scalable security architecture is delivered as part of this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Security roles and authorisations.
• Define and develop access controls, ensuring alignment with project and compliance requirements.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective security design.
• Create, test, and maintain security roles and authorisations across a variety of different SAP Modules
• Provide expertise and guidance on SAP Security best practices and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP Security Consultant with a focus on roles and authorisations.
• Hands-on experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments (essential).
• Strong background in designing security frameworks and access controls from the ground up.
• Previous experience supporting SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration/upgrade projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
