Well established law firm seeks the expertise of an experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal. You will be managing residential conveyancing files. Excellent salary on offer (up to $110,000 + Super)

The role

As a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be managing conveyancing files with minimal supervision. Duties include -

• Typing initial letters, dealing with clients, other Solicitors, Brokers,
• Following up on outstanding conditions,
• Booking in settlements using PEXA,
• On line searches, in house stamping
• Settlement Statements and final letters.

You will be using Action step precedents. Some administration assistance will be also provided.

You

You will have a minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing paralegal experience.

Well established law firm based at Cleveland. Friendly staff, long term employees and a supportive environment. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $80,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation).
