Dundaloo Support Services is excited to find an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Coordinator of Support to join our team in Taree, NSW.

About the Role:
Working closely with experienced mentors, you will be trained to:

Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to the needs of NDIS participants.

Apply your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to navigate NDIS plans and find the right supports.

Develop the ability to work autonomously while also being a valuable part of a supportive team.

Manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently within suitable timeframes.

Use empathy and compassion to provide service without judgement, building trust with participants and their families.

Develop and utilise good computer and report writing skills for accurate documentation.

Initiate and maintain contacts with a broad range of people and community services in the Taree and Mid North Coast area.

This role is classified under the SCHADS Award, offering a comprehensive training program and ongoing professional development in a positive work environment.

The ability to network and connect with community services.

Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
