A large, well-established not-for-profit organisation is seeking a broad Accountant to join the finance team of one of their many entities, based in Eagle Farm. This hands-on role offers exposure across month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, supporting key business decisions across programs that make a real difference in the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Track and analyse KPIs (apprentice placements, completions, retention, cost per apprentice).
• Assist with divisional budgets and forecasts, including payroll, training, and support program costs.
• Monitor and analyse program and project costs.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of accounting systems, integrating data flows and improving processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• CA/CPA qualified or currently completing your designation.
• Strong accounting and reporting skills, with excellent Excel proficiency.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to provide actionable insights.
• Comfortable in a hybrid working environment (2–3 days WFH).
