We are currently to employ an Installer (Team Lead) who is required to provide customers with high level installation services on their current projects around Melbourne and regional Victoria. The successful person must have the ability to mentor and supervise junior team members and take direction from our Project Manager regarding customer installs.

The role:

• Leading a team of installers – both internal and external
• Conduct site inspections inclusive of design and measure-ups with clients.
• Preparing products and materials for execution of works.
• Timely delivery and installation of products on client sites.
• Train new installation team members.
• Preparing Customer Orders in preparation of delivery and execution.
• Coordinate collection of materials from multiple sites.

The candidate:

• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams
• High level communication skills
• Ability to assess customer requirements and provide intuitive solutions
• Trade qualification - Highly advantageous.
• Scissor lift ticket – EWP (High Risk)
• Current drivers license – Truck License Advantageours
• Forklift license
• White card
• Onsite construction experience
• Reliable transportation

• Self-motivated and organised demenour
• Ability to travel intra and interstate
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to execute quality work.
• Ability to work safely with general hand tools and equipment.
