THE ROLE

As a Domestic Maintenance Installer, you will work closely with our Maintenance Team and Managers to ensure smooth operations across all projects. This role involves hands-on work with tools and machinery, assisting with daily maintenance runs, and supporting the team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

DUTIES INCLUDE

Assisting the maintenance team with assigned tasks

Use of hand and power tools (e.g. panel saw)

Cutting on panel saw, general laminating, and edge banding works

Cleaning up work areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment

Reporting to Maintenance Manager

Assisting with preparing daily runs for the maintenance team

Liaising with the team to ensure stock is ordered on time

Reporting of any job issues or concerns promptly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in cabinetmaking, joinery, or a similar trade

Strong practical skills with hand and power tools

Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required

Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Overall handyman skills a bonus but not essential
