About the role

Melbourne Shade Sails is seeking a full-time labourer/shade sail installer to join our team in Pheasant Creek, Victoria. As an installer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects in all Melbourne suburbs, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our shade sail installations.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the installation of shade sails, including tasks such as site preparation, materials handling, and manual labour

Performing general construction and maintenance tasks as required

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Collaborating with the construction team to deliver high-quality work

What we're looking for

Experience in a construction or manual labour role, preferably in the shade sail or similar industry

Excellent physical fitness and stamina to handle physically demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Must have White card, drivers license and will need a working with children check
