As a Sales Assistant / Yard Person in our Benalla yard, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers, handling steel products, and ensuring our yard runs efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in the steel or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting customers with product selection and sales enquiries

· Processing customer orders

· Truck and Gas deliveries in the Benalla region

· Loading and unloading steel products safely (manual handling, forklift, crane use)

· Cutting, measuring, and organising customer steel orders

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in a steel yard, construction, or industrial setting (preferred)

· Knowledge of steel products (advantageous)

· Forklift and/or crane experience

· Medium Rigid truck license

· Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an outdoor environment

· Strong customer service and teamwork skills
