Your new role

• Lead communications and coordination for high-level visits, including CEO travel and international delegations
• Manage strategic events and partnerships that support global engagement objectives
• Oversee project planning and delivery across multiple international initiatives
• Collaborate with international offices located across various countries to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
• Support cross-border engagement strategies, fostering relationships with global stakeholders
• Provide high-level advice and support on communications, logistics, and stakeholder management for government-led projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and project delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics across multiple locations and time zones
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strategic mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and adapt to diverse cultural contexts
• High-level organisational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• A proactive and flexible approach to managing priorities and navigating change
