Your new role

• Develops and implements strategic communication plans to support organisational objectives
  
• Manages internal and external communications, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, and digital content
  
• Crafts high-quality written materials such as speeches, media releases, briefing notes, and newsletters
  
• Provides expert advice on communication strategies, messaging, and brand alignment
  
• Coordinates crisis communication and issues management in collaboration with senior leadership
  
• Oversees social media channels and digital campaigns to enhance public engagement
  
• Builds and maintains relationships with media outlets, government agencies, and key stakeholders
  
• Monitors and evaluates communication effectiveness using analytics and feedback
  
• Ensures consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms and materials
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in strategic communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• Proven capability in developing content across digital and traditional platforms
• Sound judgement and confidence in advising senior leaders on communication matters
