Senior Service Engineer / Supervisor – Crane Service and Modification

We are now looking for a Senior Service Engineer / Supervisor who is ready to take responsibility in the field, contribute to technical development, and act as a key ambassador for our company at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

Perform and lead service and modification work on cranes, winch systems, and material handling equipment – both onshore and offshore, nationally and internationally.

This role requires 75-100% offshore work assignments as part of service and modification activities.

Execute commissioning, testing, and start-up of our products and third-party equipment.

Assist in planning and preparation ahead of service assignments.

Act as the link between the project manager and the customer during project execution on site – with responsibility for communication and coordination.

Prepare daily reports and project documentation to ensure progress and quality.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant vocational certificate, preferably as a mechanic or hydraulic technician.

Has relevant experience from similar roles.

Maintains a strong focus on HSE and quality in all aspects of work.

Communicates effectively in English, written and spoken.

Is a team player who also works well independently – takes initiative, responsibility, and contributes to a positive working environment.

Builds trust and represents the company professionally in customer interactions.
