Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in the smooth operation of a successful cherry farm? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the daily running of our business.
📍 About the Role:
As our administrative assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office operations—handling everything from general office duties to coordinating seasonal staff and assisting with logistics during harvest. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
📅 Position Details:
This is a casual role. Hours vary as we start our harvest season.

🌱 What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in administration or office support
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
A flexible, team-oriented attitude
Agricultural experience is a bonus, but not essential
Australian work rights are required for this position
✨ Key Responsibilities:
General office administration (emails, calls, filing, data entry)
Payroll and staff onboarding
Scheduling and coordinating seasonal labour
Inventory and supply ordering
Assisting with compliance and record-keeping
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and team members
Supporting the farm management team with tasks
