An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing & Team Coordinator to join a professional industrial property agency. This role is suited to someone with a creative edge, strong organisational skills, and an interest in the property sector.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, the Marketing & Team Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and providing vital administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing marketing collateral such as information memorandums, submissions, and proposals using Adobe InDesign.

Coordinating sales and leasing campaigns, including online listings, signage, photography, EDMs, and social media content.

Managing marketing budgets, preparing quotes, and generating invoices.

Implementing and monitoring social media strategies across LinkedIn and Instagram using Canva.

Maintaining company branding and coordinating website updates.

Supporting daily operations, including CRM management, event coordination, and general office administration.

Assisting with staff onboarding, travel bookings, sponsorships, and internal functions.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented professional with:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Canva.

A strong eye for design and creativity in marketing.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.

An interest in commercial property and the local market.
