About the Position
The Educational Technology and Innovations Officer supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of TBS’ digital learning ecosystem to enable high-quality, scalable delivery of content, assessment and service delivery.
Through a blend of face-to-face facilitation and digital systems, the Educational Technology and Innovations Officer ensures that students with diverse needs receive tailored support, while enabling educators to deliver differentiated learning that improves outcomes at scale.
This role ensures all systems, templates, integrations, and reporting tools operate efficiently and align with BUSY’s pedagogical approach, while providing frontline technical support to staff and students. It also brings a deep knowledge of Machine Learning and Generative AI to integrate, govern, and optimise the use of AI-powered tools for learning delivery, analytics, and automation.

About you...
- A strong background in educational technology, ideally within school or learning environments
- Experienced in learning management systems, digital content delivery, and data-driven education tools
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of AI-powered tools and their practical application in education
- Skilled communicator and facilitator, able to support and inspire staff and students
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a drive to improve systems, processes, and outcomes
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
