Our Centres
We aim to offer an inspiring and stimulating early learning environment for children aged six weeks to school age all year round. As we strive to provide the highest quality care, our centres upgrade facilities on a regular basis. Including nature play development in 2020 to include recycled timber custom cubby houses and natural outdoor learning environments.
Skills and experience required
The successful applicant must hold current relevant qualifications/certificates approved by ACECQA, display a sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, licensing requirements and regulations.
Hold First Aid, (HLTAID004) & CPR (HLTAID001) Certificates
Hold a current DCSI or Working with Children Check.
RRHAN-EC
You must have a passion for children’s learning and development, assist in leading a team of educators within the learning environment.
Assist in constructing and managing the curriculum, supporting educators in their development and implementation of programs.
Key Responsibilities -
• Ability to work with other team members in the inclusion, support and care of all children, collaborating as a team.
• Develop open communication channels with the children and families.
• Adhering to the policies and procedures and following the Centres visions and philosophy.
The applicant must display a passion for children’s learning and development in a long day care setting and contribute to the professional working environment by developing, planning and implementing a quality program.
Strong written and verbal skills, flexibility in the working environment and dependable team member.
