We’re seeking a motivated Purchasing Officer to join a reputable manufacturing organisation based in Beenleigh. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials, stock, and supplies are always where they need to be to keep production on schedule.

What will you be doing?

• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, including negotiating pricing and delivery terms
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining replenishment schedules
• Resolving supply chain challenges such as shortages and delays
• Maintaining accurate purchasing and stock records in the ERP system

What do you need?

• Driver’s License
• Forklift License (desirable but not essential)
• 1–2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong organisation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Australian work rights
