About the Role
Are you seeking to make a positive difference in family’s lives and work within a dedicated team of vibrant professionals? We are seeking a committed Case Worker to work in the Family, Youth and Children’s Services branch.
This role focuses on the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children, young people and families in Yarra, by providing comprehensive case work and brief intervention support. As a member of the Integrated Family Services Team, you will undertake a range of case management interventions to families who are experiencing multiple complex needs and empower Yarra families to reach their potential. You will work together with the Yarra Family Support Team to enhance family functioning and wellbeing, knowing that each of us plays an important role to ensure Yarra families have every opportunity to thrive.
