We’re after a Senior Systems Engineer who thrives on solving problems no one else can, loves supporting all kinds of projects, and gets real satisfaction from mentoring others. If you’ve ever built a home lab just to test new ideas or enjoy unravelling the toughest escalations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Own escalations and resolve incidents both remotely and on-site.

Support the delivery of end-to-end projects with no loose ends.

Mentor junior engineers and guide colleagues and clients alike.

Maintain and optimise IT systems, networks, storage, backups, applications, security, and cloud.

Keep documentation and processes sharp so solutions run seamlessly.

What You Bring:

Strong skills across Windows, networking, virtualisation, Microsoft 365/Azure, backup/DR, security, MSP tools, and service delivery.

Experience in MSPs or consulting.

A true passion for tech! Always tinkering, testing, and learning.

Calm, customer-first problem-solving.

Leadership experience in mentoring and escalations.

Microsoft certifications (and a drive for more).

A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
