Southside Physiotherapy Group has two clinics and our mobile business. We have a team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, drama therapist dietitian and remedial massage therapist.

Southside Physiotherapy Group has approx. 70 team members. We organise regular social events and our Christmas parties are always down the coast.

THE ROLE/s

The first role starting asap - approx 24-30 hours per week as a permanent part-time member

This position is with our clinics in a receptionist role.

This position is a client-facing reception position in either our Tuggeranong or Woden locations. You will be required to greet clients, answer phones, manage bookings, take payments and ensure the client experience is of a high standard. You will be working as part of team to support the practitioners and their clients.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING

High Level of customer service skills

High level of organisational skills

Ability to work alone or part of a bigger team

Fun loving, bubbly personality

Great computer skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications is required

Some previous admin experience desirable

ability to start asap

Australian work rights are required for this position
