This agency specialises in large-premium policies across the motor and related industries. It’s small, fast-moving, and genuinely supportive, and it’s ready for its first dedicated in-house Claims Consultant. The role is fully on-site, with the choice to be based at either the vibrant Brisbane CBD office or the sunny Bundall office on the Gold Coast, giving you flexibility to work where it suits you best.

The role

• Manage all claims end-to-end, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and brokers.
• Establish, document, and refine claims processes from scratch, including implementing the new claims system exactly how you see fit, giving you direct influence over how the function operates and shaping the future of the claims team.
• Regular touchpoints with clients and brokers to stay ahead of issues and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Play a key role in preparing the business for expansion, building systems, reporting, and setting scalable standards that will define the claims function as the business grows.
• Fully on-site in either Brisbane CBD or Bundall office; occasional travel overseas (approx. once every two years).

About you
You’re motivated, flexible, and excited to build something new. Ideally you’ll bring:

• Around 3+ years’ claims experience from a TPA, insurer or similar.
• Solid understanding of claims processes but open to running the function differently.
• Customer-focused, adaptable and proactive.
• Motor and/or property claims knowledge a plus.
• Experience with Wilbur or similar claims technology advantageous.
