What your day will look like:

Manage the motor claims process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for brokers and clients.

Guide clients in preparing documentation to expedite claim resolution.

Maintain clear communication to keep clients informed and confident throughout the process.

Conduct thorough claim investigations, gathering evidence, assessing validity, and driving outcomes.

Negotiate settlements professionally to ensure clients receive fair and timely resolutions.

Keep accurate, organised claim records and documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes.

Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and service quality.

What we’re looking for:

Proven insurance experience with in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations.

End-to-end motor claims experience, demonstrating ownership of the full claims lifecycle.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.

Client-focused mindset, thriving on delivering outstanding service even in challenging situations.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency with claims software, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.

Confident decision-maker with a solutions-oriented approach.
