Your new role

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of fit out projects ranging from $5M to $15M. You'll lead site operations, manage subcontractors and internal teams, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive program delivery. Projects are often in live environments, so stakeholder management and clear communication will be key. From site establishment to client handover, you'll be the driving force behind successful delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing fit out or refurbishment projects in the $5M-$15M range
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent planning and scheduling capabilities to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in live environments (e.g. hospitals, schools, aged care) highly regarded
• Strong client-facing skills and a commitment to quality outcomes
• Good tenure and references that reflect reliability and professionalism
