The role involves learning and assisting all aspects of administration and property management with experienced portfolio managers who manage the operation, control and maintenance of investment properties including liaising with property owners and tenants. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Ensure high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants

Preparing marketing for properties for lease

Office administration and shared reception duties

Coordinating maintenance and repairs
