The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Officer to join our team. This role will support the business with day-to-day financial administration and ensure smooth running of accounts functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable and receivable processing

Reconciliation of accounts in Xero

Preparing invoices and purchase orders

Payroll support and timesheet entry

Assisting with monthly reporting and compliance tasks

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

About You

Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role (Xero experience highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Flexible and proactive attitude
