Are you vibrant, organised and love connecting with people? We're looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our Mount Gambier team, someone who will be the welcoming face of our practice and help support our community on their health journey.

This is a casual role (approx. 10 hours per week) with the flexibility to cover extra shifts as needed.

What You'll Do

Be the warm, welcoming presence at the front desk

Manage bookings, payments and admin tasks

Support our Chiropractor to deliver seamless, high-quality care

Build genuine connections with practice members

Keep things calm, professional and organised - even when it's busy

Who You Are

Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with all ages

Organised and detail-focussed with admin or reception experience

Process-driven, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks

Passionate about health and wellness and eager to learn more

Flexible with availability to cover additional shifts when required

The Details

Casual role - approx. 10 hours per week

Practice hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am-11:30am and 2:30pm-6:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-11:30am

Mount Gambier-based with potential occasional cover for our Millicent practice

Extra shifts available to cover staff leave or busy periods

Must have own transport
