The Role:
This role is responsible for the full delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeframes, and budget. From initial planning through to completion, you will develop and maintain an accurate construction program, ensuring all activities are sequenced to achieve safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan projects from conception to completion, including pre-commencement review of budget estimates and construction methodology

Maintain a detailed understanding of construction costs and manage any deviation from the original estimate, allocating variations to the appropriate stakeholder (builder, client, or subcontractor)

Oversee the construction program to keep the project on target for safety, schedule, and financial performance

Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the project team

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and all key stakeholders through to final project review

Skills & Experience:

Proven track record delivering mid to high-rise apartment or large-scale residential projects as a Project Manager

Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of construction budgets and cost control

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
