Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
Hours: 2–3 days per week, with potential to grow into a full-time role
Salary: $30-40/hr Negotiable based on experience

EB Studio is a boutique interior design and decorating studio based on the lower north shore in Mosman. We specialise in turnkey decorating projects and full-service design, transforming homes into elevated yet approachable spaces. With a growing portfolio of residential and commercial work and exciting new product launches on the horizon, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us share our story, attract dream clients, and support the next phase of our growth.

The Role

We’re seeking a creative and organised marketing coordinator to take ownership of our digital presence. You’ll work closely with our Director and wider team to manage content, campaigns, and communications that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and showcase our design expertise across a range of platforms.

This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week) with the flexibility to grow as the studio expands.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing – Plan, create, and schedule content (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn only). Track insights and optimise strategy.

Email Marketing – Draft and send monthly EDMs. Grow and manage subscriber lists and create nurture sequences for leads and existing clients.

Blog & Website – Maintain and update website pages for services and products and write blog posts.

Analytics & Reporting – Track and report on campaign results, social insights, and Google Analytics each month.

Product Launches – Support upcoming product collections with marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in interiors, lifestyle, or creative industries.

Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Wordpress.

Strong writing skills with an eye for storytelling and brand voice.

A creative, proactive, and very organised approach
