The Role:

We're on the hunt for a Receptionist & Front of House specialist to join our team! You'll be the first smiling face our clients see, the energy that keeps things running smoothly and the voice that makes every interaction memorable.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism managing appointments and keeping the front of house organized, supporting the team with administrative tasks and making every client feel like a VIP.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years experience in a health clinic, gym or sales focused role. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, a polished professional and welcoming presence, attention to detail and ability to stay cool under pressure, availability to work evening and weekends as needed (flexibility is key!)
