About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager for a permanent fulltime position based in Applecross. The successful candidate will work a Monday to Friday roster.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Manage a mixed strata portfolio, primarily residential schemes.
Conduct and attend AGMs, liaise with strata councils, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Handle client relationships with professionalism, including day-to-day inquiries and escalations.
Manage front-end financial responsibilities (e.g., budgeting, levy approvals, and reporting) with back-end support functions outsourced.
Oversee maintenance and repairs by coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Drive business development opportunities where appropriate to support portfolio growth.
Ensure accurate use of StrataMaster software for portfolio management.
Prepare and present reports as required.
Skills and Experience required:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Strata Manager.
Completion of, or currently undertaking, the educational requirements due April 2026.
Strong knowledge of strata legislation and governance processes.
Proficiency in StrataMaster software.
Demonstrated experience attending and conducting AGMs.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
High standards of professionalism, organisation, and presentation.
Proven ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Experience managing both residential and commercial strata schemes.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
