Hills Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built Early Learning service located on the Hills International College grounds and is proudly part of the award-winning Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS).

There is no one quite like QCCS. We are a family-run company that has been a beacon of Quality Early Childhood Education and Care in Queensland since 1991. We are proud to operate one of the only four Excellent Rated Centres in Queensland, with the remaining 23 centres all Meeting or Exceeding.

We are currently searching for passionate Educators and an exceptional Lead Educator to join our warm, welcoming, and purpose-driven team.

Located in the heart of Jimboomba, our centre is deeply committed to outdoor, nature-based learning—and we’re looking for people who share that passion.

The Opportunities

Lead Educator

• Up to $35/hr + Super
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible hours available)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively studying) required
• Lead your room, inspire your team, and build strong family connections
• Bush Kindy or outdoor education experience highly regarded

Educator

• Up to $30/hr + Super
• Permanent part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development across all age groups
• Certificate III in Early Childhood (or working towards) required

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or actively studying Certificate III (Educator) or Diploma (Lead Educator)
• Current Blue Card and up-to-date First Aid/CPR certifications
• Passion for early learning and a commitment to children’s wellbeing
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Enthusiasm for outdoor, play-based, and nature-inspired education
