Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educators and Educators to join our teams at Ace Academy, Morayfield centres. The educator will play a crucial role in supporting/leading the educational program and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Foster a positive learning environment that promotes children's wellbeing, involvement, and engagement.

Mentor and support educators and assistant educators, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, maintaining open and effective communication.

Ensure compliance with Ace Academy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience

minimum cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an early childhood education setting.

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development principles.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
