Brisbane Diesel is expanding, and we’re looking for a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Brendale. This role is based mainly in our busy, fully equipped workshop, with some field service work as needed. About the Role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of light vehicles and fleets. Most of your time will be spent in the workshop, with the occasional job out in the field. The work is varied, so no two weeks feel the same, and as Brisbane Diesel continues to expand, there will be opportunities in the future to build your skills in diesel and fleet servicing.

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic

Experience in servicing, diagnostics, and fleet work preferred but not essential

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Pride in your workmanship — we aim for a no-call-back standard

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Open driver’s licence and reliable transport

$32–$45 per hour + penalties and allowances (depending on experience)
