he Role:
Our clients are seeking Administration clerks for multiple facilities . They are seeking a switched-on and dynamic Administration clerk with exceptional organisational skills and customer service to support a busy workflows. This position is Monday to Friday but may required to work weekends.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Answering phone calls and managing emails
Providing a high level of customer service and addressing queries in a timely manner
Putting together data charts and reporting
Recording data, document registrations and drafting documentation
Issuing of dockets and receiving payments - end to end processing
Other admin duties as requested
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in similar role or operations environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Capability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment
Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Current and Valid WA “C” Class Drivers Licence or equivalent
Current National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months)
